Elise Brown

Elise Brown joined Atreides Management, LP as Legal Counsel in April 2026. Prior to joining Atreides, Elise was a senior associate at Proskauer Rose LLP in the firm’s Private Investment Funds practice. Her practice focused on fund formation and governance matters for private equity, venture capital and buyout funds. Elise earned Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees from the University of Michigan and a Juris Doctor degree from Boston University School of Law. She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar.
